The hotel is clean and very comfortable. And the staffs are helpful. The location is not very close to the city center but there are some restaurants and shopping areas around.

When I booked the hotel, they told me the price included the breakfast but when I checked in, the staff told me I can eat the breakfast or not, they will adjust the price for the room. That's why we didnt have breakfast, but when we checked out, the other staff told me the price is included the breakfast, even I dont eat it, I have to pay for that. After discussing with him, he argeed to deduct one day breakfast on the price, but we have to eat breakfast on the last day.

Hotel was very good for our requirements and only 15 mins walk to centre! Hotel staff were also very hepfull, will definately stay here again!

It has on-site parking. Tram just outside of the hotel and 2 stops to the major attractions. A grocery store is just cross the street. Room temperature was comfortable even outside was 104F.

Had a fantastic stay! The shower and separate tub were a real treat, and I loved the spacious room with the pull-out bed. The modern styles enhanced my experience, I’d happily return!

It was just a balanced option for a weekend jaunt in Seville, offering good value for the price. The location is convenient, right across from San Bernado Station, making travel around the city easy. Make sure to check the nearby tapas bars for a local experience.

The location of the hotel is better than we expected, only 15 min. or 2 metro rides from the old city centre. It was very luxurious, and very spacious ( two extra beds and baby cot could easily fit inside.Our bed was very big and comfortable.The breakfast was really good, hot and cold buffet.Very helpful staff and the parking had lots of spots (but you have too keep buzzing them to open the doors).

They only lacked a pool.

Everything was simply perfect. Clean, great value hotel, the location was great not far from Irish pub and other cafes and supermarket as well as Tram and Metro. Every employee we encountered was very polite;)))

Great location and helpful staff

The room was not completely set neatly before my check in but when I gave complaints to reception. They sent supervisor to observe and give apologize to us, then they fixed the room for us later.

Convenient Stay with Helpful Staff

We enjoyed our short stay with a very helpful staff who offered access to drinks late into the night. The room had efficient air conditioning, but it felt a bit cramped. For dinner, consider exploring the local cafes for a more satisfying meal.

Everything. The facilities met my requirements perfectly. The staff were very friendly, helpful, polite and professional being ready to help at all times yet without ever being intrusive. Having travelled quite extensively throughout Spain in recent weeks I found the staff and the ambience at this hotel to remain unsurpassed. The location was good and the tram stop was just outside. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wished for a peaceful stay in a very interesting city.

Nice and modern design of the room, very comfortable. Great breakfast (on weekends cheaper), free coffee, tea and snack sevice in the reception hall.

Noise - the hotel is at a busy street and it was impossible to sleep with open windows. The free wifi internet at the reception hall didn't work.
